We are exhibiting at the next Fachpack Packaging Industry Exhibition in Germany

Following the expansion of capacity, the focus is on acquiring new construction and packaging export buyers at the Masterfoam extruded PE foam plant.

As a result of the machine purchasing and installation process started in 2018 and completed in 2019, new, modern and high-performaning extruded polyethylene foam production machines arrived at the Masterfoam’s production base in Kál, Hungary.

Along with this development, Masterplast Group is continuing its efforts to further strengthen its existing market position on its main partner base and to enter new industrial segments that can mitigate its exposure to the construction industry in a long term.

With the arrival of the new lines, not only has our foam production capacity increased significantly but with the help of our new extruder we were able to make quality improvement in the manufacturing of some speciality foams (mainly used in the packaging industry) which were previously produced only by the most famous competing manufacturers.

As a result, we are now able to produce Europe-wide competitive and high-quality rolls, sheets, boards and laminated Isofoam products, which enable expansion into the export direction, despite of the geographical distances.

One of the catalysts for this export expansion can be the traditional Fachpack exhibition in Nuremberg, Germany, in September 2019, where Masterfoam will have its own booth and expects its existing and new partners. On the basis of preliminary inquiries, we are looking forward to a successful trade fair that can bring further production developments in the future.
