Masterplast Nyrt. hereby informs the honourable Shareholders that, within the framework of the capital increase announced by the Company on 28 February 2025, the MFB Vállalati Beruházási és Tranzakciós Magántőkealap legally represented by Focus Ventures Befektetési Alapkezelő Zrt. has undertaken a firm commitment to subscribe 2,400,000 (two million four hundred thousand) new, registered, dematerialized ordinary shares. The investor has duly fulfilled its financial contribution amounting to a total of HUF 6,000,000,000 (six billion forints), corresponding to the total issue value of the new shares, as a result of which the capital increase was successfully completed on 4 March 2025.

Masterplast Nyrt. informs the honourable Shareholders that on 28 February 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company in accordance with Article 12.1 of the Articles of Association and pursuant to the authorisation granted by the General Meeting of Shareholders No. 16/2023 (04.27.) based on article 7.1. m) of the Articles of Association has decided to increase the Company's share capital by way of a private placement of new ordinary shares in exchange for a monetary contribution, in light of a prior commitment declaration made by the legal entity specified below regarding the subscription of new ordinary shares and the provision of the corresponding monetary consideration.
