MASTERPLAST Nyrt. hereby informs the honorable Shareholders that Róbert Nádasi CEO on the grounds of exercising option right which were transferred by the MASTERPLAST Munkavállalói Résztulajdonosi Program Szervezete to him according to the Employee Stock Ownership Program 2019-2020 of the Company, acquired 33 935 pieces MASTERPLAST ordinary shares. By which his MASTERPLAST ordinary shares increased to 67 799 pieces.
