The Company hereby informs the honorable Investors that it intends to issue bonds in the framework of the Growth Bond Program announced by the National Bank of Hungary (hereinafter referred to as „MNB”).. At the request of MNB, the Scope Ratings GmbH carried out the rating during which it calculated with the issuance of bonds up to HUF 6.0 billion in nominal value, and which resulted a B+ rating of the bonds to be issued, which is in line with the requirements of the MNB bond program. The Company on 20 May 2020 concluded and entered into a binding agreement in the framework of acquiring a plant in Aschersleben (Germany, Saxony-Anhalt Province) which had been published before. The agreement concerns the acquisition of the Aschersleben plant and its entire business. As a member of the MASTERPLAST Group, the main activity of the newly established company includes the production of special fleeces and multilayer membranes for the healthcare and construction industries.
