MASTERPLAST Nyrt. informs the honorable Investors that Masterplast Italia Srl. - which is owned by the Company in 51% - is launching a new greenfield EPS-based thermal insulation plant in the province of Reggio Emilia, Italy.

MASTERPLAST Nyrt. informs the honorable Investors that the Company has established the MASTERPLAST ITALIA SRL in Italy, Barco (Bibbiano, Reggio Emilia, Via Nazario Sauro 58/A CAP 42021) with 51% business share of the Company.
