Extraordinary announcement of MASTERPLAST Nyrt. with respect to the results of the 23 August 2021 auction of MASTERPLAST 2031/I HUF bonds.

The Company hereby informs the honorable Investors that it intends to issue bonds in the framework of the Growth Bond Program announced by the National Bank of Hungary. The participation in the Program is subject to that the bonds to be issued shall be rated as at least as B+ by a credit rating agency registered by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). The Scope Ratings GmbH carried out the rating during which it calculated with the issuance of bonds up to HUF 9.0 billion, and as a result the previously issued bonds' B + rating was upgraded to BB - regarding to the bonds to be issued now, which is in line with the requirements of the MNB bond program.

MASTERPLAST Nyrt. hereby informs the honorable Investors that the Company has taken initial steps to participate in the Bond Funding for Growth Scheme of the National Bank of Hungary at the 10 years segment. The decision of the Company on the potential issue of bonds – provided that such approval is granted on the aggregate amount of the bonds to be issued, together with the applicable interest rates and the timing of the bond issuance – shall be determined at a later date and shall be communicated in due course.

Revision of result forecast

MASTERPLAST Nyrt. hereby informs the honorable Investors that the Company has joined the Preferred Exporter Partnership Program of the Government of Hungary.

Today, the established healthcare textile manufacturing plant at the seat of the Company, supported by the Hungarian State, was handed over with the participation of the Minister of Finance.

As a result, the number of the Company's own shares decreased to 63,330, which is 0.43% of the issued shares.

MASTERPLAST Nyrt. hereby informs the honorable Investors that the Company has today entered into a contract with the National Directorate of Hospitals - which is authorized by the Operative Staff - for the supply of protective coveralls for the control of the coronavirus epidemic. Pursuant to the agreement, the Company will supply protective clothing with a total value of approximately HUF 4.464 billion to the Hungarian healthcare by September 2021.

MASTERPLAST Nyrt. informs the honorable Investors that today the Master Modul Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság has been registered with a 25% ownership share of the Company. The new company was established for the production of modular buildings with a total share capital of HUF 3,000,000.

The subsidiary of the MASTERPLAST Nyrt., MASTERPLAST Kft. is launching a new investment in the healthcare industry to create a finished product manufacturing capacity for personal protective equipment for the health industry, supported by the Hungarian State. The Project will be implemented at the Company's headquarters in Sárszentmihály. With the creation of the new production capacity, it will be possible to produce finished health care products such as protective coveralls, medical gowns, disposable medical suits, foot bags, head protection and isolation sheets. The Project is closely related to the large investment in the production of raw materials for the healthcare industry, which started in December 2020.

With regards to the MASTERPLAST 2027/I bonds (ISIN kód: HU0000360219) issued by MASTERPLAST Nyrt., the company hereby informs the Investors that the registration of the bonds on the XBond multilateral trading platform operated by the Budapest Stock Exchange has been approved by the Chief Executive Officer of the Budapest Stock Exchange. Trading in the bonds on the XBond multilateral trading platform commences on 19 February 2021.
