Masterplast established its polystyrene manufacturing plant in Reggio Emilia county, Italy, close to its latest subsidiary. The investment was worth 4,5 million euros, including purchasing the grounds and installing the manufacturing technology. The highly automated manufacturing unit will probably achieve a 300,000 cubic meter/annum capacity and, if all goes according to plan, will start its operation in 2023.
