Production started in 2005 at the first manufacturing site of the Matersplast group. The manufacturing process of extruded PE foam and dry construction profiles are certified by ISO9001 and ISO14001. In addition to increasing capacity and improving technological developments, we also emphasize ensuring European working conditions, resulting in nearly 100 employees working at the site.

Our ISOFOAM products for the construction industry are mostly used for floor underlayment and heat and sound isolation. The “border rolls” are generally different in width, and usually 5-10 mm thick are used as thermal insulation and dilatation stripes between the floor and wall.
As a result of Materplast’s experience and knowledge in construction, we developed a comprehensive market presence. Our products can be found from Bulgaria to Sweden and from Portugal to Ukraine and become integral parts of homes, offices, schools, and other types of buildings. Our ethos is to provide a high-quality service that meets the expectations of our customers both in terms of product quality and added value.
For the packaging industry, we primarily sell thin foams (<2mm) and foam boards of various thicknesses and densities, which get to the end users after further confectioning.
Through our packaging industry partners, our products serve as packaging material for other companies’ products or contribute to a high-quality end product during the intermediate stages of the production process.
In packaging, we also try to meet the industry’s constantly changing and very high-quality expectations. By improving our products and the quality of our services, we aim to become a reliable supplier to our European customers.
We provide the product supply of dry construction profiles from our Kál plant with a full range of sizes and types, consistent quality, and increased capacity. The Masterplast dry construction products comply with harmonized European standards; they have CE marking and are in full conformity with the fire protection and noise control requirements tested in the Hungarian National Technical Review A-256/2015.
