A share in T-CELL Plasztik
Masterplast acquired 24% ownership in T-CELL Plasztik Company Ltd in June 2019. The main profile of T-CELL Ltd. is polystyrene manufacturing, with a 150,000 m³ EPS production capacity annually in its plant in Hajdúszoboszló.
With the purchase of the share, Masterplast strengthens its position as a professional investor in the Hungarian insulation material business, and with its existing knowledge base, primary material supply, distribution and logistics background can support T-CELL, who owns 10% market share.
With the cooperation of the two Hungarian companies, Masterplast's existing manufacturing background enjoys further strengthening, and capacity growth together with favourable logistics factors help to meet domestic customer needs.
