We support a balance between work and private life in a number of ways, from summer childcare, events, atypical forms of employment and allowances to discounted purchases, sports opportunities and company sports teams.
Every month we encourage our colleagues to take part in different activities (the company running team, cycling tours together, prize draws), we hold themed days and treat them to small gestures (cake, fruit and ice-cream days, Women's Day and more), so that work goes more easily and everyone feels good.

Internship program

For decades our company has welcomed motivated young people who want to gain professional experience in a supportive, professional environment. Our internship program is open to university and college students, and to students in technician training alike. Many valuable theses have been written during internships at Masterplast, with the support of our managers.
As a student, you learn the most when you can work on real tasks. As a Masterplast intern you can join the day-to-day operation of an international manufacturing company, and get to know the practical side of your chosen field alongside experienced colleagues.
As things stand, the program can offer a professional internship of 1–6 months and cooperation on a thesis. The fields and places available change from period to period, so the current call is always what applies.
The aim is that by the end of your internship you will not only have more experience, but understand your profession better, how a company works, and in which direction you want to build your career.

Who are we looking for?
Internships may open in economics, technical, IT, sales, engineering and support functions. The current places, durations, working hours and application period are always set out in the call itself.
Because of our market presence, an active, communication-level command of English and German is a great advantage, and in some fields a requirement. Spanish, French and Italian are a further advantage.
