Our solutions in the construction industry

A building is not made of separate products but of coordinated systems — here everything from the facade to the roof is built along one logic. Our range covers the whole span of construction: facade insulation, roofing foils, dry construction, heat insulation, sound- and waterproofing, and the accessories that go with them. The greater part of it comprises our own manufactured products, tested and matched to one another.

Each system solves a different task. Facade insulation brings down the cost of heating; the roofing foil keeps the moisture of the structure in check. Dry construction gives fast, predictable interior space; and in heat insulation, sound- and waterproofing every surface gets the material that suits it. The accessories look after durability. Everywhere the point is the same: a single source, systems tuned to one another, from the frame to the finished surface.

Facade insulation systems

Facade insulation is not a single product but a coordinated ETICS system — every element of it from our own manufacture, from the insulation board to the closing render, so that a substantial part of the heating cost can be saved.

  • Fiberglass mesh

Facade insulation is not a single product but a coordinated system — and here it comes from our own hands down to its last element. Our certified ETICS systems meet European requirements, so the contractor works with uniform, guaranteed compatible components.

The basis of the system is given by EPS and graphite polystyrene together with rock wool insulation boards; on these are built the fiberglass mesh, the dowel, the polystyrene adhesive, the facade profile and the closing render layer. With energy requirements tightening, the facade is today no longer a question of appearance alone: a substantial part of heating and cooling costs can be saved here.

Our partners therefore receive not merely raw material but a tested, cooperating system, every layer of which serves the same performance.

Roofing foils and roofing elements

The foil decides what gets into the roof structure and what stays out. We offer more than forty types at three performance levels — diffusion, vapour barrier and traditional foils — together with the roofing elements they are installed with.

  • Linopore roofing foils

In the protection of the roof structure it is the foil that decides what gets in and what stays out. With more than two decades of manufacturing experience we offer over forty types of roofing foil at three performance levels, from the economical solutions to the premium category. We have the diffusion, vapour-permeable foil that lets the structure breathe, the vapour barrier and aluminium-faced version that keeps interior moisture in check, and the traditional underlay foil.

Alongside the Linopore, Mastermax, Masterfol and Isoflex product families, the foils are completed by the roofing elements and accessories needed for installation. Anyone building or renovating a roof is not picking from separate pieces here, but working from a considered system that builds on itself — from the foil to the fixing accessories.

Dry construction system

For interiors there is no faster or cleaner method than dry construction. Our system gives everything from one place — from the plasterboard through the profiles and screws to the accessories, from the frame to the finished wall.

For creating interior spaces there is today no faster or cleaner method than dry construction — and that is not only about pace, but about predictability as well. Our system builds on plasterboard, on the drywall profiles matched to it, on the fixing screws and on the accessories needed for jointing and edge protection.

Partition walls, suspended ceilings, loft linings: the components are tuned to one another so that the contractor is not hunting for compatible pieces but working from a single system. The dry technology brings less moisture into the building, stands up well to later alteration, and gives a clean surface for the final finish. Our partners can obtain every element from the frame to the finished wall from one place, with a guaranteed fit.

Heat insulation, sound- and waterproofing materials

XPS extruded polystyrene boards stacked on one another

Heat insulation, sound- and waterproofing are three tasks and yet one system, each of them with a different material. EPS, XPS, glass wool and rock wool according to where they are used: not a promise, but the solution that fits the task.

  • XPS
  • Glass wool
  • Thermobeton

The heat insulation, sound- and waterproofing of a building are three different tasks and yet one connected system — and each of them calls for a different material. For thermal insulation we offer EPS polystyrene, XPS extruded polystyrene, glass wool and rock wool alike, according to where they are used.

A loft or a partition wall asks for a different material from a plinth or a loaded floor build-up. Glass wool, with its low thermal conductivity, its A1 fire classification and its vapour-permeable structure, is ideal for roofs and lofts, while XPS performs on loaded surfaces exposed to moisture.

Waterproofing is completed by drainage sheets, surface drainage membranes and geotextiles, and foamed polyethylene protects where a thin, flexible layer is needed. In the choice of the right material we do not give general promises, but a tested solution that fits the task.

Construction industry accessory products

It is often the accessory that decides how durable the work will be. Plaster profiles, fiberglass mesh, geotextiles or even wood wool — less spectacular products that nonetheless determine the quality of the finished building.

Own manufactured products

  • Fiberglass mesh

On a building site the outcome rarely depends on the main material — often it is the accessories that decide how durable and how well made the work will be. This group brings together the products needed for plastering, surface finishing and tiling: from the plaster profiles through the fiberglass mesh to the geotextiles.

The various insulation products give an answer where traditional board insulation is not flexible enough, and construction foils and sacks help protect the site and its logistics. On their own these products may be the less spectacular ones, yet they influence the quality of the finished building appreciably — a badly chosen edge-protection profile or a weak mesh shows up as a crack years later. Alongside the main systems, our partners therefore find the matching, proven accessories with us at once.
