Dávid Tibor president graduated as an economist from the College of Modern Business Studies in Tatabánya in 1999. In addition to his degree he obtained an intermediate banking consultancy qualification. He speaks fluent German and English. He is a devotee of lifelong learning and of personal commitment to success through hard work.

In 2007 he won the title of "The promise of the future" in the "Entrepreneur of the Year" award programme organised by Ernst & Young. In 2008 he was elected by Junior Chamber International in New Delhi as one of the world's three most creative young entrepreneurs. In 2009 he received the "Young Manager of the Year" award from the Managers' National Association. In 2023 he was awarded the grand prize in the Hungarian architecture category at the 17th Fejér County Prima gala of the Fejér County organisation of the National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers (VOSZ). Most recently, in 2024, he won the overall grand prize of Leader of The Year, organised by Bizalmi Kör, which recognised him as the business role model of the year.

He takes an active role in the further development of building material production in Hungary and in increasing the efficiency of the logistics supply chain. He is vice president of the National Federation of Hungarian Building Contractors (ÉVOSZ) and chairman of the Hungarian Building Materials Production Section established under its auspices. He is also vice president of the Confederation of Hungarian Employers and Industrialists (MGYOSZ).

He has five children and his hobby is sport. He likes riding a horse in his spare time. He loves football, and is known in the amateur sports life of Fejér County with Masterplast's football teams. He has been the President of the National Mini-Football Association since 2015.

Balázs Ács vice president graduated from Széchenyi István College in Győr as a civil engineer in 1999. Together with Dávid Tibor he founded Masterplast, then still a limited liability company, in 1997. He is a member of the Hungarian Building Materials Production Section established under the auspices of the National Federation of Hungarian Building Contractors (ÉVOSZ).

He is married and the father of 3 children. He does sports in his free time, one of his favourites being ice hockey. Balázs likes travelling and is interested in oldtimer cars. He lives in Székesfehérvár with his family.

Margaret is a former Partner of Ernst & Young (EY) and of PwC. She has spent a total of 35 years with the Big 4. Within that period she was a Partner for 21 years in the areas of Transactions Advisory and Corporate Finance, initially with PwC and the final 11 years with EY.

A Chartered Accountant born in Canada to Hungarian parents, Margaret started her career as an auditor there. On coming to Hungary in 1989 her work quickly evolved from audit into privatisation and Corporate Finance. Throughout these 31 years in Hungary and the CEE region she has advised on hundreds of transactions and has assisted various types of clients across a range of industries with their strategic and investment decisions.

In addition to leading the Corporate Finance and Transactions Advisory teams in Hungary, she has held five different regional leadership and management roles in the CEE region, among them the establishment of PwC's Corporate Finance business in Ukraine.

Margaret is currently an independent, non-executive member of the boards of directors and supervisory boards of several companies and investment funds, and chairs the audit committees of a number of organisations.

Dirk Theuns started his career as a sales and marketing manager at Atab, a leading roofing and waterproofing manufacturer in the Benelux countries. During the first decade of his career he mainly focused on the commercial and business development of Atab's home markets, and strongly developed the export business in Scandinavia, South-East Asia and the central and eastern European countries. From 2002 he became the European business development manager of IKO. He is the CEO of several IKO companies in Belgium, the Netherlands and France.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce of Antwerp. He is the President of the "Economic Plan 2020" project, supported by the Flemish Government, which aims to develop and support the subsidiaries of Flemish multinationals and international group companies. He lives in Belgium with his family.

He graduated as an economist from Corvinus University of Budapest in 2006. He began his career at the Hungarian Development Bank and later at MFB Invest. Subsequently he worked at the Japanese-Hungarian SBI European Fund and at Elan SBI Capital Partners. Between 2011 and 2016 he was involved in the venture capital investments of the Docler Group, and from 2017 in those of Széchenyi Venture Capital Fund Management, where he later served as acquisition director for the National Stock Exchange Development Fund. He joined Hiventures Venture Capital Fund Management Plc. in 2020 as deputy investment director for large corporates, and from 2022, as investment director, led the transaction activity of its corporate business line.

Since 2024 he has been the investment director of Focus Ventures, and is currently its Deputy CEO.
