Management
The Masterplast group is led by a management team of 7, headed by Dávid Tibor, president and CEO.

Dávid Tibor
president and CEO
Dávid Tibor president graduated as an economist from the College of Modern Business Studies in Tatabánya in 1999. In addition to his degree he obtained an intermediate banking consultancy qualification. He speaks fluent German and English. He is a devotee of lifelong learning and of personal commitment to success through hard work.
In 2007 he won the title of "The promise of the future" in the "Entrepreneur of the Year" award programme organised by Ernst & Young. In 2008 he was elected by Junior Chamber International in New Delhi as one of the world's three most creative young entrepreneurs. In 2009 he received the "Young Manager of the Year" award from the Managers' National Association. In 2023 he was awarded the grand prize in the Hungarian architecture category at the 17th Fejér County Prima gala of the Fejér County organisation of the National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers (VOSZ). Most recently, in 2024, he won the overall grand prize of Leader of The Year, organised by Bizalmi Kör, which recognised him as the business role model of the year.
He takes an active role in the further development of building material production in Hungary and in increasing the efficiency of the logistics supply chain. He is vice president of the National Federation of Hungarian Building Contractors (ÉVOSZ) and chairman of the Hungarian Building Materials Production Section established under its auspices. He is also vice president of the Confederation of Hungarian Employers and Industrialists (MGYOSZ).
He has five children and his hobby is sport. He likes riding a horse in his spare time. He loves football, and is known in the amateur sports life of Fejér County with Masterplast's football teams. He has been the President of the National Mini-Football Association since 2015.

Balázs Ács
vice president and deputy CEO
He graduated from Széchenyi István College in Győr as a civil engineer in 1999. Together with Dávid Tibor he founded Masterplast, then still a limited liability company, in 1997. He is a member of the Hungarian Building Materials Production Section established under the auspices of the National Federation of Hungarian Building Contractors (ÉVOSZ).
He is married and the father of 3 children. He does sports in his free time, one of his favourites being ice hockey. Balázs likes travelling and is interested in oldtimer cars. He lives in Székesfehérvár with his family.

Róbert Nádasi
deputy CEO
He graduated from the Budapest University of Economics in 1991. He is a manager with both a financial and a business outlook, with 17 years of experience in economic management in a multinational environment. After university he worked for 2 years at KPMG, then from 1993 to 2000 spent seven years as finance and accounting director of Philips Hungary Ltd., and from 2000 to 2010 was head of the Shared Services division of Johnson & Johnson Ltd. and finance director of its Medical business unit.
He joined the management of Masterplast in August 2010. As chief financial officer he was responsible, among other things, for directing the finance, accounting, controlling and IT areas, for drawing up the group's complex business plan, and for organising, directing and controlling its financial activity. He took part in the successful stock exchange flotation of Masterplast. Since October 2020 he has been a member of the supervisory board of KAWAK Antro Zrt., a company founded by three institutions of the Waldorf community in South Buda with the aim of providing a long-term economic base for the community.
Róbert lives in Budapest with his family. In his spare time he enjoys playing foot tennis and table tennis.

Tivadar Bunford

He was born on 9 November 1962 in Törökkanizsa. He completed his primary schooling in his home town, then continued his secondary studies in the structural engineering department of the Subotica secondary school of architecture, where he graduated in 1981. He went on to take a degree in civil engineering at the Subotica Faculty of Civil Engineering of the University of Novi Sad. He continued his studies alongside his work at the finance faculty of Educons University in Sremska Kamenica, where he qualified as a certified economist in 2007 and successfully completed his master's degree in 2010.
He began his career in 1989 at a timber company in Csantavér, first as a fire and occupational safety officer, then as production manager and finally as company director. Since 2002 he has been managing director of Masterplast YU Ltd. of Subotica, which manufactures and wholesales insulation materials for the building industry, and he is also a member of the board of directors of the Serbian and the Vojvodina Chamber of Commerce.
He is married to Rozália Bunford, is the father of two sons, Olivér and Albert, and the happy grandfather of five grandchildren — Anna, Dóra, Benjámin, Dávid and Teodor. He spends his free time with his grandchildren, and his hobbies are carriage driving and keeping and breeding canaries.

Illés Jancsó

He studied at the Budapest University of Economics and at the Institute of Sociology of ELTE. He worked for 8 years as a commercial and project manager at a Hungarian building industry manufacturer, then led the region's leading biomass service company. After that he ran the energy company of the Skála Group for 6 years.
He came to Masterplast in March 2014 with 10 years of experience as a company manager, as head of the business development area — the control of those activities that hold the company's greatest growth potential: the export area and manufacturing investments. In the course of his professional career he has gained substantial experience in international trade, in establishing manufacturing investments and in business development. He is fluent in English, German and Russian. Through his earlier renewable energy work he is vice president of the Hungarian Pellet Association and a founding member of the European Pellet Council, as well as an organiser of and speaker at several industry conferences.
He is the father of three children. In his spare time he plays football, skis and dives. He lives in Budapest with his family.

Flórián László Lukács
managing director of Pimco Kft., deputy CEO
He graduated in 1996 as an automation engineer from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Miskolc. As a scholarship holder he began working at the olefin plant of Tisza Chemical Works. Also in Miskolc, at the faculty of economics, he took a degree in environmental management in 2000 and in engineering management in 2001, and later gained ISO 9001/14001 and IATF 16949:2016 qualifications.
He has 20 years of company management experience at Hungarian, Austrian and Swedish owned manufacturing companies, and took part in the acquisition and subsequent integration of French and Estonian companies. He is also experienced in investments, restructuring, cost optimisation and crisis management, and is a dynamic, self-motivated and pragmatic leader. He joined the Masterplast group in 2019.
He is married with two children, loves sport and travels a great deal. He has been a board member of his local football club since 2002.

László Pécsi

He took a degree in civil engineering at the Ybl Miklós Technical College in Debrecen in 1995. After completing his studies he worked for 3 years in technical preparation at the construction plant of Nitrogénművek Rt. in Pét, and between 1999 and 2002 he managed the Várpalota site of Porta Kft. of Veszprém, one of the region's leading building materials merchants.
He joined the Masterplast team in 2002, where for the first five years he directed the logistics of the central site at Sárszentmihály, going on to work first as director of sales in Hungary and then as regional director for Central Europe and operations director. Since its founding in 2016 he has carried out the duties of company manager of Masterplast Hungária Kft.
He is the father of two children. In his spare time he enjoys hiking and sport, and plays squash regularly. His favourite sport is football. László lives with his family in Csór, Fejér county.
