It is official: Masterplast is a family-friendly workplace!
Obtaining the Family Friendly Workplace trademark is the result of a strict accreditation process that requires meeting set criteria, which are closely checked before awarding the trademark.
We are extremely proud to provide our colleagues with lots of benefits, such as the Masterplast Library, relaxation corners between meetings, delicious snacks, coffee machines, and discounted mobile services.
Besides all these perks, we offer student jobs and internship opportunities to our Colleagues’ children and relatives every summer.
Keeping the happiness of our colleagues’ children and grandchildren in mind, each year a Family Day and a Santa Claus Party take place.
And in addition to these traditional events, we organise programmes, prize draws and challenges for our colleagues and their children.
The last such event was our joint ice-skating, also, we launched a drawing competition for the kids. Its theme was a MASTERPLAST birthday cake design.
